Heating ring

Ceramic heating rings (also known as ceramic heating elements) are the most commonly used components for heating the barrels of injection molding machines. They consist of a high-purity alumina ceramic substrate with embedded nickel-chromium or iron-chromium-aluminum heating wires, which heat the barrel by wrapping around it to melt the plastic.
